At Less Worries, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
Return Policy

We accept returns on all orders worldwide.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

The items must be unworn, in original condition, and have all tags attached.

Each order includes a return slip. If it has been misplaced, contact us at info@lessworries.com for assistance.

Only one return per order is permitted.
How to Return

Repack the item(s) in their original packaging.

Include the return slip in the package.

Use the pre-paid return label provided with your order, and drop off your package at the nearest DHL or UPS location, depending on your country.

Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. The refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your returned item.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or faulty upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and personalized items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Customs & Duties
Please note that any customs or duties fees paid on your order are non-refundable.
